Ordering

Once you have selected the products that you wish to order, your business will be conducted over a secure site hosted by Secure Trading. Alternatively you can post or telephone your order to us – whichever is easiest.

Once an order is placed this will be confirmed by E-mail.

Delivery

You should receive your goods within 10 working days of placing your order. Should the time scale be longer we will contact you with a revised delivery date and you may cancel or change your order if you wish. At present Pub Publicity only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packing is free, at standard rate, on all orders for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Exchanges, Cancellations and Returns

All our products are of the highest quality and are checked both before they leave the factory and Pub Publicity. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us and you will be offered a refund or a replacement. Please read and follow the procedure below.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be returned to us with, if possible, the original invoice. We recommend using registered postage, as Pub Publicity cannot be responsible for lost packages.

The goods must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them. Please note that we cannot accept damaged goods.

Pub Publicity will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order will give you a refund within 30 days of cancellation.

The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods. (Pub Publicity recommends that you either use registered post or obtain proof of postage.)

In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty Pub Publicity will refund the postage cost.

In the case of exchanges Pub Publicity will pay for the postage of the replacement goods.

Disputes

In the first instance any complaint should be made to Mr David Thompson at Pub Publicity. The complaint will be acknowledged by return and we will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and confidentially within 28 days. You will be kept fully informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
